a zine para beber o Brasil

é uma publicação criada pela BeberÚ que investiga o Brasil a partir de suas bebidas. O projeto foi viabilizado por meio do edital Fermenta 2025, da Ambev. O projeto propõe um olhar ampliado sobre o beber brasileiro como expressão cultural, histórica e sensorial.

A fanzine reúne textos autorais, ensaios, crônicas, ilustrações e fotografias que atravessam temas como memória, território, identidade, hospitalidade e descolonização do paladar. O conteúdo articula diferentes vozes, jornalistas, pesquisadores, artistas e profissionais do setor, para refletir sobre o que significa “beber o Brasil” hoje.

Esta primeira edição, Safra 01/2026, apresenta contribuições inéditas que abordam desde bebidas ancestrais indígenas até práticas contemporâneas de consumo, passando por temas como cultura de boteco, formação de gosto, burocracia e legislação, além de perspectivas sensíveis sobre serviço, memória e cotidiano.

O projeto gráfico é assinado pelo Estúdio Café Coado, com linguagem visual autoral que dialoga com o tema da brasilidade.

O lançamento está previsto para o início de junho de 2026 e será acompanhado de ações de divulgação e relacionamento com imprensa, com o objetivo de posicionar a fanzine como um projeto cultural relevante dentro do debate contemporâneo sobre gastronomia, bebidas e brasilidade.
